@kokokokonut the only way you can contact customer support is through the app and since I am blocked, I can’t contact them. I submit a FAQ on their website and messaged them on Twitter but I haven’t heard back.
Do they have a FB page? I’ll look around and see if there is any email listed on Google for them.

@ashleydianem yeah, they are not easy, but after digging I found this https://www.tapjoy.com/submit-faq/. It’s called FAQ but it’s actually a form for customer service. I didn’t look at all the info blocks, but hopefully it will get some live person to interact with you. I really hope this helps.

Girl!! I wish I did, all I get is 7-8 stars max and each usually take about 30 minutes and anything above that after 5 minutes of answering a bunch of questions I’m always told I’m not a good fit for the survey.. so much time wasted for little gain 😩 really is defeating when you see Android giving 100’s of stars for just downloading again.. Apple make us buy from dodgy websites, give a lot of personal questions and bad links for very little kstars
The offers I do on iOS is usually the pages you have to visit you only get 2 kstars but it adds up after doing a lot. There’s an offer for homer it’s a kids app I just did the free trail and unsubscribed before I got charged I think it was 160 kstars if y’all want to look for it.
@ashleydianem if you submitted the form and messaged them on Twitter over a week ago then I don't think it would hurt to send them a message again, maybe they overlooked it the first time! Twitter is probably the best way for a fast response since all three times i've reached out, i've gotten a response in a day or two. I had emailed additional information as requested for a form I filled out in February and didn't hear back from them at all until I sent them a message on Twitter about it in April and got a response the next day saying a specialist would reach out which they did so Twitter is definitely the way to go!

@kayleealexis757Just wait like 20-30 mins before doing another date and the amount of time the dates take should change. I always like to do the 2hr and 4hr ones and the "kiss" task that takes 5 energies should give you a few extra event points. If you do it at the Oak restaurant in Soho or the Monstrobull Centre at LAX then you can do the "fine wine" task that takes 4 energies and 650 cash then it gives you lots of hearts to finish the date faster
