Not getting all three squad rewards.

There have been two days this week where it shows enough people have logged in. But when I log in the next day to collect my rewards, it says only 11 people logged in when it was more than that.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ll try seeing if it happens again tomorrow and post screen caps

I sent a ticket to customer support and this is the response I got:

The day ends at 1a.m. Eastern. It assigns rewards, and resets. So if you look in squads After 1 a.m. Eastern, you get a note Boyt the previous days rewads, and it will say 9 or so players have logged in. That is the current count, to be rewarded at 1 a.m. eastern tomorrow. the rewards in your mailbox are for yesterday's count you saw , awarded at 1 a.m. eastern today.
