    @kokokokonut I went to options. help.customer care. then what? I got stuck what to do next? I clicked on a question that described my situation. then what?

    @keke0388 then press “contact us” In the top of screen. when write your problem very detailed and if you can sent screenshots it’s very good too

    @robertavyy I don’t see where it says contact us? It gives me a list of topics but I don’t see contact us.

    @keke0388 idk how fast they will respond, but it can take some time. But once you get a message back you will see a yellow “ ! “ where I marked

    •  Look at the 1st SS.  
    Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner of your game screen

    • Tap help


    • Tap customer care

    • Scroll down and tap Billing




    • Now you can pick the topic that applies in your case. 





    • If those instructions don’t help, type Billing in the search bar and then use the contact us button to explain your situation, attach a copy of your receipt and submit your ticket.

    Well, it's official. 

    My VB is officially a hot mess. My TS group? Messy. I don't feel like this was a difficult topic to grasp but low and behold... I've been surrounded by Dolls that didn't get where Yellow Brick Road came from.

    Got the hair on my third go! So cute 🤩 got these black boots on the 4th, they’re pretty nice & at least it wasn’t dye 😊 idk if I’ll try and chase the dress, seeing as I’ve spent 20 diamonds already I probably won’t lol

    The VB is all over the place. The only one I’ve seen vaguely wizard of oz-y was a doll who already had both earnables. 😅

    Looks 1&2. I have no idea how these will do seeing as though it looks like this concept/theme has blown completely past some people. The VB is a mess and my TS group isn't much better.

    This person had on this same outfit when no one had a score. How do they have 148 and the same outfit? It's doubly irritating because they're not on theme🤬. If you ask me I should be in first place.
