Game keeps crashing on IOS :(

Hi! I just joined today because I’m having so many issues with this. I had an iPhone XS Max and my game version is 12.1.0, both are up to date. For the last week, my game has been crashing. It loads to the very first black screen that says KKH and signs me in, but then immediately crashes and takes me back to my home page. I’ve reset my phone countless times, tried a variety of WiFi & cellular data, I contacted support and they haven’t been very helpful. I have plenty of space on my phone etc… I literally just have no idea what to do.
