I’m so confused? I really don’t want to message support for every gig I do to hear “oh check your internet connection!”. I’m saving energy for when it gets fixed, I hope glu gives a royal compensation for all the gigs I could have done and missed out on because of this glitch.

They don’t want a ticket each time you do a gig, they said they wanted a ticket from each affected game. I told them they didn’t want that but hey, I’m passing it along. TBH, I wrote them on a whim. I do not think they’ll ultimately help, but I try all avenues.

I am waiting for the 9am cavalry. Contacting customer care was just on the off chance that someone would look at it go oh yeah, and throw a switch. As far as any compensation, when our Guest Glu God arrives we can find out about the rest, for now, my main concern is getting it working.
