    IT WORKS NOW 😭😭 Finally after 5 hours I get to collect my SYS prizes

    i do have my diamonds though which is the one thing that differs from everyone else. I would suggest just restarting the app bc that did happen to me once and I just restarted the app to fix it:( If not, submit a ticket?

    Finally was able to get the game open and collect my SYS rewards. Everything looks to be back to normal.

    My diamondsssssss are gone 😭 and I can’t collect my SYS prizes and i am rank 30 !!!!!!! I was 4th before all this happened

    I just want my diamonds back 😭😭😭😭. I was saving them for the golden goddess Diamond boxes. Please help @KalindaKing @kokokokonut. 

    Edit: dyes are also missing 🥲🥲

    I’m glad I’m not the only one missing my diamonds but please give them back!! I was saving them!

    I've been saving (and buying) them for golden goddess and because i feel like the Halloween update will be amazing and Kim's birthday should be good to see them at zero now is upsetting 😫

    ok, if you are still having trouble in, please post here, include your platform.   If you are in now but lost diamonds, please send a ticket to Customer Care. 
    Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options. Tap Help and then tap Customer Care. Explain what happened and send in the ticket.   Good luck.  So sorry for the inconvenience.

    So it was not just Androids. Thanks @MarianiPoizen.  If anyone lost dyes or diamonds while the game would not open, close the game fully, and reopen (I even reboot the device to be sure).  If your resources are still missing please send the ticket to Customer Care.

    Customer care wrote back saying they were aware of the issues but I don’t have my diamonds or dyes back and I want to cry

    Guessing it’s a server error as dyes and diamonds are held by glu (hence why they can’t be hacked) but they better sort it!!

    My diamonds are gone and so did my dyes :'( 
    I've sent a ticket to support, and I hope that they don't blame my internet and storage just like they always do :'(

    My side game didn't lose diamonds or dyes but is missing a ts prize. What is going on at Glu today. Its like it's somebodies last day and they have decide to delete a few files and cause a little chaos for revenge

    I lost all of my diamonds and dyes. I had HUNDREDS of dyes saved up and 45 diamonds. 

    I have screen shots to prove the diamonds but I don’t have anything to prove the dyes. I am going to be so upset if I can’t get my dyes back

    This morning vs yesterday, playing on ios… if I don’t get my diamonds back I legit will probably just quit the game altogether at this point 

    ETA: my dyes that i’ve been saving up for months are gone too

    My game is working now but i didn’t my TS prizes from the last sys and all my diamonds and dyes are missing too!
