Wow I hope it's not a tactic to make us pay for diamonds again
Who would ever buy diamonds again if they are just taken from your game for no reason. I'll never spend money on this game again if things can just disappear with no explanation and don't come backÂ
To send a ticket, go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3lines to access Options. Tap Help and then tap Customer Care. Explain what happened and ask for their help. Â And please go to that Help thread to post/get info. Â Thanks.Â

I lost my dyes and my diamonds  Please just fix this glitch or something. The support guys always blame my internet or storage for every single ticket that I submit, but it can't be that everyone's internet/storage is at fault now @kokokokonut, please kindly ask the team to check into this

it finally let me submit 1 look & now when i'm trying to submit a 2nd it's telling me i need to connect the internet, meanwhile i'm still able to continue tapping, etc.Â
You may see an error message that says Can't Connect while we work on the fix.

The game is so glitchy it is not even playable anymore. I tried submitting my two first looks for the SYS, not only did I not manage to do that due to glitching, I was also missing tickets and dyes. Just like everyone else, I also lost my diamonds... Please fix this. If we are unable to submit looks, I expect a compensation ticket for each one I miss, if this issue isn't fixed.Â
