Missing tickets and diamonds after updating phone

Hi I couldn’t open my game for a few hours, I tried everything then I updated my phone and it opened but my diamonds and SYS tickets are missing! Sorry if I’m posting in the wrong place but I’ve had so many problems with tickets not coming through and now they’ve just disappeared :(
and it’s not just 1 or 2, I’m missing 11 tickets and 4 diamonds

    There are a few threads about this hun it's a problem at Glu, they are looking into it. Have a look at the game won't open/ lost recourses thread they are putting updates in there
