    is anyone still having issues opening the game? I’ve been stuck on the loading screen for almost 24 hours, it’s getting kind of annoying. No matter if I close the game entirely or kick my wifi on and off

    i thought i was the only one, i dont know if i lost any diamonds or anything i just can’t even open the game

    I’m in a similar situation! I was able to play this morning but cannot now. My tickets were being weird when the sys started and then I also had my first score within 5 minutes, which I thought was rather odd

    Mine let me play this morning but now won’t open!! I also lost all my diamonds :(

    I merged this latest discussion, with the current thread we have for this issue.  Glu is aware, and they are working on it.

    please do not uninstall. Watch this thread for updated info.

    My game worked briefly this morning and I was able to collect my prizes but now I can’t get in at all again.

    I can't get into the game again. Haven't submitted tickets for the sys yet.

    I play two games, both on IOS phones, I could open briefly each game earlier but now it’s impossible to access. 
    Daily iOS player since July 2014

    Hi new to the forum. I'm having the same issue. Ot worked this morning but I just tried to get back in and I'm getting the same error. I'm an android user.

    glu is working on the fix.   Thanks for your patience.  I just tried my 3 games are out too, so hang on while Glu remedies this.
    DO NOT UNINSTALL your game. Glu cannot restore progress. 
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!

    I can't get in as well.. just hoping they'll fix it soon and the lost diamonds and dyes will be returned with this try 🙄

    Imo it would be a good idea to post an announcement thread regarding the problems right now by either you or Kalinda. It seems like redirecting everyone here is going to show them pages of people having issues without any advice on what to do until they’re several pages in.

    I'm locked out now as well, but when I could get into the game this morning my diamonds and dyes were gone. I'm on Android.

    I can’t enter the game either, it just says it can’t connect. Hope we get a fix soon!

    I was playing fine right now but I can’t log back in and I’m on iOS my diamond’s were all there I don’t know about my dyes or saved tickets. I didn’t check cause I didn’t know there was a problem going on.

    Good morning, it’s 8:25am PST - I’ve been trying to access the game since 10:00pm last night to collect my squad box - I have yet to gain access. I have no idea if I’m missing anything. I was able to collect my SYS winnings, I was in 3rd but I was given 4th place prizes which means I lost the outfit even though I was 3rd place gold ranking… wtf.

    Yes me too. I couldn’t start the Sys event

    I just tried to start sys and neither of my games will open, I'm glad it's not just me cause I was freaking out. I've not started sys so I'm hoping they do reduce points or something bc this puts everything behind.🤦🏻‍♀️

    oh no i’m so scared now! last time my game didn’t work glu told me to delete it so this time to avoid contacting them i deleted it already! hopefully it kept all my progress and thank God i wrote down my hollywood id! let’s hope the game is back soon🤞🏼
