Surprise surprise, after placing 1st in Gold on the last SYS I am now in bronze I. Thank god I took screenshots of everything and I’m hoping support will actually fix it. But from what I see on the forum and on FB a lot of people aren’t really being helped

That first pallet is so unfair, theres 0% chance to win anything besides dyes. You didnt spend diamonds to open a dye box, how is a pallet with all dyes and nothing else considered giving the player a fair chance to win prizes (such as diamond box items, kstars, tickets, past box items) which is what the offer says you are spending 5 diamonds on. If a pallet is 100% full of one item be it dyes, kstars, tickets, etc its not fair at all and i would contact customer service to get 5 diamonds credited back to you. Chance doesnt exist if all options are the same, how did this player have a chance to win anything if there was only one option in pallets?
Pallets should not be 100% dyes unless its a dye box, thats absolutely unfair to players and offers NO CHANCE to win items, these diamond boxes are opened with the expectations that theres a CHANCE to win something
if there's only dyes in pallet theres 0% chance of winning tickets, items, or kstars
0% chance pallet full of dyes = 100% guarantee of "winning" dyes
Theres no chances in a guarantee, thus the players are being robbed of diamonds bc they are falsely told that they have a CHANCE to win a multitude of prizes.
The pallets should offer some chance of winning a variety of items. 20% chance for tickets, 20% for kstars, 50% chance for winning diamond box items new or old, and 10% chance of winning dyes (tbh 0% chance of winning dyes would be ideal but 🤷♀️) thats not fair to the players spending diamonds for a chance to win multiple prizes if the player is voided of all chances to win prizes other than dyes then the game is selling the players a false dream, they think they are using diamonds for a pallet that has SOME existence of chance.
I feel like i just said the same basic statement in 17 diff ways but no matter how many times we post about this malarky, it keeps happening week after week, month after month. this is so ridiculously ridiculous that players are still encountering this mess.
Umm excuse me but what the F***?! I haven't opened diamond boxes or bought diamonds in months, and this just confirms that I should continue with that plan (and no, I didn't buy any, but I did use up all the ones I'd earned)
