I NEED HELP WITH MY SYS

Hello! I was 3rd place on the last sys and was supposed to upgrade to gold level, but surprisingly when kkh was under maintenance a couple of minutes ago when i logged back in i was in bronze 1!!! how is that possible

    Hi, it happened to way too many dolls too, best is to contact customer support and hope for the best x

    Same thing happened to me. Although I was supposed to be in Silver III. Ridiculous!

    I’ve been in gold for ages and mine keeps going back to bronze I!

    This has happened to me three times now, I was in gold each time and then when the new SYS started I went back down to bronze. I have contacted support and they have fixed it but it's going to be pretty annoying if I have to keep doing that at the start of every SYS!

    Same! Just checked and I've gone from gold to bronze

    Please send a ticket to Customer Care, and wait for their response.  Glu is aware of the ongoing issue, when there is more info, I'll post here.  Thank you for your patience.

    Go to the too left corner of your game screen, tap the 3lines to access Options. Then tap Help and then tap Customer Care. Explain the situation and ask for help.   Good luck.  :)
