@Villa12 My timer seems to be working, although I haven't submitted any tickets since mine were restored (I have been submitting the free timed tickets and still have a few hours left before I get a new one).
I’m glad at least yours is working it’s been 10 hours for me and my timer isn’t working lol. I had to use my own saved ticket🤦🏻♀️

It also seems like support gave me one too many free tickets. 😅 I’m not going to use it since it won’t change my TS ranking and I don’t want them to take an extra ticket away, but I wonder how many others they gave this to.
It’s not fair I had to use 2 of my paid tickets just to submit 13 looks and still miss the silver box by one point. And I’ve been messaging customer care since this happened and they haven’t said anything. It’s been like this for 10 hours I missed 2 free tickets🤦🏻♀️. At this point I don’t even care anymore. I just want my 2 paid tickets back and call it a day.
Did anybody else get their extra tickets but get pushed back to Bronze 1? I was just in Silver 3 last night 🤦🏻♀️ At this point I feel annoyed having to contact support every SYS just so I’m in the right level.
