Last week I lost 4 diamonds after receiving a pop-up message about poor internet connection. I did not receive any items/boxes in return for these diamonds. They simply disappeared.I am still receiving diamonds (recently went from 3 to 4) but I am wondering what to do about this issue. Diamonds are hard to earn and I do not know where mine went.
I would suggest emailing them. I had a situation where I won sys and didn't get the gift box. They sent it into my game. Im sure they can help you or give something in replacement. The lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful and said to email back any time there is an issue.
