Not everyone gets a customer service worker who helps, and it's usually not "easily resolved" . MANY of us get those workers who blame our wifi or storage or whatever and it's a nightmare to get anything resolved.
I don't know what kind of problem you're having with the game, but my answer was about being in the wrong SYS group. As far as I could see here on the forum, whoever opens a ticket with this reason has never had any problems to be placed in the right group. I've also been answered by someone who said the problem was because of wifi or my cell phone storage, but in the case of groups, never. I'm sorry if I wasn't clear in my previous answer.
I’ve messaged them seven times so far and I’m still going up and down the rankings like a yo-yo instead of just being in gold 😩 at this point I’m losing hope and just wish it was fixed because a lot of people are missing out on items which is crappy. The compensation better be top quality 😂

i’m back in bronze but i’m feeling lucky, got the bundle on my first spin on this kollection and got the eyes from the diamond box! i really wanted the dress but not complaining…
The mummy outfit looks pretty cute as a top. 😂 Not too happy about being put in bronze again though. I guess customer support gets to hear from me again. I think that’s 4 SYS in a row?
I got placed back to Bronze even though I’m supposed to be in gold and I’m hesitant to contact support so I can get the cheer outfit even though I’ll miss the eyes 😂😭
