I don't think there is anything that you can do 😔all I can think is PM @KalindaKing to see if she can help, or if you can reload the game without FB, either through android game centre or the iPhone equivalent.

They are never going to improve the pallets until there is a decline in people buying diamond boxes. They are profiting from them, why would they improve the odds for us? They don't care about players, just our money.
