I just can't get over this stupidity. If you spent 15 diamonds before, at least you got SOMETHING for all three picks. And it could have been an item or 2 or 3. For me, most of the time it was at least 1 of the 3. I never had one of those all dye horror palettes personally. Now you spend 15 and walk away with just one thing. Feels bad man, real bad.
Its actually hilarious that they just straight up ignore all of the feedback. My 4 year old brother could probably run the company better then these people. I want be a fly on the wall of their meetings bc if this is the best idea they could come up with id love to see all the other crappy ideas they presented😭 MAJOR compensation is needed after this awful month and glus awful customer service
Glu as a whole, including kalinda and the other employees, do not care about our concerns or feelings. This game has become pay to win. It’s been like this for a while…. If people want a change to happen Then do not give into what glu wants. Don’t cave in and buy diamonds packs this weekend. Let them know their shady tactics won’t work anymore.
And I liked getting tickets in my boxes I would honestly pay 5 diamonds for 1/2 ticket(s).. We just didn’t want dyes but yeah who cares about our feedback..

Or select an other male for the next? 3. I understand that in case we select a girl-girl we can't use the same outfits. But if my doll use a dress in the first submission, in the second submission my girl partner can use the same dress without me watching a video to unlock?

The update to diamond boxes are so bad 🙈 The odds are still going to be the same, it’s going to take the same amount of attempts to get the items.
Last time I opened diamond boxes, I spent 115 diamonds to get 3 items. That’ll be 345 diamonds now. That’s over a year of saving diamonds for not even all the items. Lmao.
The lowest amount I’ve EVER spent to get all 4 items was 60 diamonds. Now that’ll be 180 diamonds, 30 weeks of saving.
I’ve spent money on this game before, but I definitely can’t justify spending hundreds of dollars a week for a chance at the diamond items. 😂

5 diamonds, all 4 items in the palette, old items and tickets. Given that one sys lets us earn 3 measly diamonds, which can’t even open one box at 5 diamonds, are we really asking for too much?
All they had to do was make the palettes fair. Honestly how can they remove dyes AND make the boxes worse at the same time? Let’s also remove tickets so the free players can’t get the last earnable when they really want it. Beyond disappointed.
Finally. I know this is not up to Kalinda, but I'm glad that she could at least say something this time. A simple "I hear you / i will pass the feedback" is nice to hear so it doesn't feel like we're shouting to the wind.
15 diamonds is a LOT for a CHANCE at what you want. Unless you already have every single tb trendsetters item or whatever, you probably still have worse chances still getting the 4 new items for 60 diamonds (which is too many lmao) than you did before when you could open 12 boxes for that same price… and if you only want one or two items instead of all 4 spending 60 is crazy.

I never once got the feeling that Glu is even listening to our concerns, but I'm glad that at least this is being voiced. And please know that none of the feedback is against you. We do get carried away with our frustrations, but it's not against you; it's against the management.
But honestly, we need more ways to earn diamonds. 15 diamonds takes at least 2.5 weeks to reach. That's 5 SYS events. It takes 5 SYS events to reach 15 diamonds. And with you introducing 60 diamond palettes (in the best case) every weekend, you're practically saying that the incentives are only for paying players. Honestly, just make all of these fashion goals instead.
Because there's practically no other way for us to earn diamonds. Squad boxes are now filled with dyes. I've never known to get diamonds in k-star event boxes. And the bronze/silver boxes are bigger jokes, considering we'll start getting male doll clothing any time now. I want justice.

But the main complaint is not the couples SYS it’s in the change in the boxes: no longer having the option to win tickets, it now costing triple the amount of diamonds on top of that, and even worse is that the game is still bugged and there’s new crap starting on top of the glitches.
tickets in the boxes is a very good thing that helps hold people over when we already spent 20 dollars on tickets just to win one prize… because the VERY RICH people who make 20 votes per look play your game and are willing to purchase 8000 votes worth of tickets pushing us all the way down to 20th place.
It’s completely botched and pay-to-win.

Just caught up. All I have to say is YIKES Glu is SO greedy. It takes weeks to save up 15 diamonds, we dont even have any diamond businesses. Who would spend 15 diamonds just to get an old item?! this is so disappointing.

i feel like i could even justify 10 diamonds for a guaranteed item but 15 is a stretch… i am rlly curious as to how the palette will look so i might just have to take one for the team 😭
even if I got all four items on my first attempt at opening boxes, I’d still need to spend £25 a week to get the full outfit. £100 a month. and that is if every box I opened contained one of the four items - chances of that happening are super slim so that’s the absolute minimum it could cost.

That means there won’t be any dyes or tickets in your palettes during this update! There will also be more opportunities to win past SYS items in these boxes.

Before thinking that these choices don't matter, remember that when Glu introduced kloset diamond items, the forum protested loudly by changing their profile pics to clowns, not buying the kloset diamond items, and not voting for them. The next update had no new kloset diamond items, and we didn't get any more for months.
So unless every 2nd weekend you want to submit 28!! looks with random NPCs, consider not playing this weekend, because that is the only thing Glu will listen to.

I never opened diamond boxes before because of the dye now all I see from the new diamond boxes is "you can get past sys prizes" meaning if I do open one now I might end up spending 15 diamond in a year old bracelet because knowing how rigged everything is in this game we are still not going to have a fair palette
