My mom's male doll is in a TS grup with 2, I repeat TWO male dolls. And 28. female. dolls. It's so disheartening.
This is giving me some very negative feelings. Glu straight up ignores the existence of male dolls and pairs them up w female dolls, while we get items every single month. This isn't fair. At. All.
Try fully closing your game, and reopening. If you still have this issue, please send a ticket to Customer Care. I'm sorry this is happening.

Looks 1-10 🌸 I definitely missed a few tickets but i’m still in 5th place so I guess no one is really trying in my ts group. I honestly had no idea which era I should go for so I just started doing what I thought was cute and it worked so im happy with that!
Literally submitted my last 2 tickets over an hour before the sys ended and I didn't get any votes on one and 6 votes on another but it didn't finish. If I would have gotten the votes I would be in at least 2nd place but now I'm in 5th. How is this fair?
Edit to add: all of these glitches are getting ridiculous now.
i also have 2 tickets still waiting for votes (submitted 30mins before the end) last time this happened we had to wait even tho the sys finished and prizes could be collected. So if your votes didnt finish still wait before collecting or youre gonna have to hound customer service 🚨🚨
