Unusual Activity detected on my account

I am receiving a message when I open the game that unusual activity has been detected on my account. I contacted customer service and they said that my account has been flagged for abuse because a hack was used. I have never used any kind of hack on the game. I watch videos in game every day to earn k stars. But now my account has been flagged and I am unable to participate in any events. I don’t know how I can prove that I have never used any kind of game hack. But customer service said that they investigated throughly and that this decision is final. Please help.

    That’s awful because it’s not even like you have an abnormal number of stars or diamonds.. seems like a normal account.

    Thank you. I am so upset. I spend hours on this game everyday. I  watch videos everyday to earn k stars and save them to spend on the k star weekend events which now I can’t participate in 😭

    Same thing happened to me but they refuse to fix their mistake.
