What do I do I try collecting the gift and it’s been like this and every time I go and click collect it says there’s an error and won’t let me collect it I can’t get off this screen

    this has happened to me a couple of times, I always take a screenshot before I open gift boxes and then after to show I actually spent gems when I send it to customer care.

    sometimes I close the game and find the item in my closet
