Oh no! Spun a diamond kollection for the very first time and game glitched and it took the diamonds and I didn't get anything? The screen froze and when I restarted the app I had nothing! Wish me luck with customer service. Ugh.
if its the same glitch as kstar kollection when you open it again it should show the play/spin button without a price on it, so you can spin for "free"
The same thing has been happening to me, I’ve received between 15-30 votes on each look. So I sent a message regarding this issue to the customer support since it’s not fair when we put in a lot of efforts for each look.
I like repeating this theme, even if I'm in gold and the first 2 didn't do that well, but I hope we get a casual theme that let's me use the more casual items I bought.
I can’t believe I think I will start off with better scores EVERY WEEK! Like you never do why are you getting your hopes high? I’m just gonna try to have fun with creating glittery outfits. And focus on getting those diamonds.

tbh i bet that people are voting randomly without looking just to get the voting rewards quickly 😵💫
Did you ever notice that sometimes these TBs just disappear in the end? I saw that happen twice in my group a couple of weeks ago (which helped me a lot ) and they also had inane numbers (around 800 in the middle of the sys). Maybe they are hackers and someone complained to support - I can’t imagine anyone actually buying that many tickets just for the kicks…
I was wondering if I wanted to use the VIP earnable hair for this theme but it's not in my closet. I have the dress and the aura, but no hair. It was definitely in my closet before.
If I would skip a throwback SYS - will it automatically put me in a tier below! Like if I’m in silver 3, will I vi delayed to silver 2?

I once skipped a week and I got drop down to bronze I but I think it was a glitch from the game and I support neverr did anything for me so I had to work my way up
@kkhxio diamonds are usually added to your account before you click on them i.e. they auto-add. it’s a common misconception, but they always go through without the clicks!
