Quest not showing

I got a call from Simon for the quest “Best Invest” at Oak in SoHo but when I went there, there was nothing. I waited for some time but it still hasn’t appeared in Oak but it’s still in my goals list.

    Hi please send a ticket to Customer Care ask them for help. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap Options. Then tap Help and then tap Customer Care. Good luck.  Sorry this is happening.  :)
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
