    It's the wrong image with that reward, there's no gift box. It's actually just 500 xp points

    Okay, it’s me again posting third time in a row 😬 Is it normal that everyone below 5th in gold gets pushed to demotion? I thought it was always 15 that remain in gold! 
    Plus I have that glitch which does not allow to collect the earnables too…

    If you have any probkem with the prizes please send a ticket to Customer Care.  Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options and then tap Help, then tap Customer Care. Sorry you are having trouble. :/

    The demotion after 5th will correct itself after scores start coming in. It always looks like that at first 😃 @justanna

    Something is very very off about the scoring. I have never seen so many ties before. It's behaving like the duets style scoring.
