Besides the most recent obvious issue that the updates aren't tested properly before coming out, I wish they would actually listen to what players wanted instead of plopping stuff into the game nobody asked for or sort of giving people what they asked for, but it's not actually what people asked for. The 5 week storyline to date new characters instead of the characters people asked about since forever ago is a great example. Or giving people dye free diamond boxes, but raising the prices with no new way to earn diamonds faster.
They released a fix for the overheating. There are more problems, of course, but I think everyone should tag a moderator when posting. This way their notifications would be flooded and we may get some attention. Also, if you agree with a post always use the reaction buttons, because they look into post with 100 or more reactions more seriously.
Here is a short version of mine complaints 😆 Wishlist aka things we want but we aren't getting:
#Closed organization! (I don't like at all the current situation in the closet. There needs to be way more categories for example the jewelries are a mess. It is also very hard to scroll through the dresses).
#Better customer service (complaints are getting overlooked, there's no compensation for bugs and other problems).
#Diamonds (We only get 3 diamonds twice a week for the 2 SYS events?? How is this fair when one diamond box costs 5, or 15 even. The diamond kollections are also expensive. Once we had a storyline where we got 12 diamonds as reward. Bring that back!!! And create a diamond business please 🙏).

Diamond quests that aren't 3 increasingly longer gigs you have to start right after the last. Just make it six 3 hours long gigs and you get a timeline from Friday to Sunday to get through them.
• We want beta testing, to stop glitches & to make them less frequent.
• Better Kloset organisation.
• Customer service to be trained properly, have knowledge about the games they are customer service for & to have more compassion towards players coming to them with reasonable problems.
• To overlook how tasks occur & to make them meet demands of the players.
• Diamonds! More diamonds, More ways to earn them etc…
• This may be me personally but I think hackers are an issue, I haven’t really encountered any as far as I know but I don’t think it’s fair that they can participate in SYS & TS & have unlimited Klosets while some people are Free2P or Pay2P and are at a disadvantage in SYS.
(I did ask a diamond hacker to join my squad before anyone pulls up something but I don’t think anyone can hack diamonds & it’s so hard to earn diamonds, so if someone could’ve bought my look book & others in my squad with no actual cost to themselves then i thought it wouldn’t harm anyone and that is probably wrong of me so apologies there.)
But I think they may be a contributor to why it’s quite expensive to play. Glu aren’t earning much/any money from these hacker nor doing much about them exploiting the game… I don’t mind hackers having a hacked game where they dress up do quests ect, it’s just the idea that they have an advantage against non-hackers in SYS, it may be unrealistic but even if they had their own TS league & went against other hacked dolls in the VB it may make it fairer for non-hackers.
Sorry for rambling if anyone wants to say something against my hacker point I’d love to hear it!

This issue isnt necessarily a main issue but it is one that people have been mentioning and I think it might be worth mentioning it here. We would really appreciate diamond boxes to not contain dyes. It is already difficult enough to earn diamonds in the game as we can only get diamonds through sys earnables,tb ts prizes although they are usually very competitive, buying diamonds or on the odd chance when we are in the voting booth.
To make diamond boxes fairer, I would suggest having all four of the diamond items for a particular weekend in every palette unless you win them in the mean time, there should be past diamond box items, tickets and maybe even some diamonds in the boxes like there is with the weekend earnable boxes.

My main issue isn’t with the game but with Glu instead.
The lack of transparency, that Glu has with the players over basically everything.
The customer support being able to gaslight the players, without consequence. Let the players leave a review of the customer support agent they had, this would let you know who deserves their job vs who doesn’t.
Glu making decisions that they know will only alienate its customers even further.

A lot of the issues players have with KKH could be fixed/improved on, with a bit of give & take by both parties
Diamond boxes- Meet us half way on the price Glu & change the amount of diamonds needed to open one box to 7 or 8 diamonds
The games design- Hold a KKH game redesign competition once a year, doing this would let players change what they want about the game’s design. The most voted for concepts would be added to the game.
Also the dolls of the winning designs could even be in that months update loading screen as a sign of appreciation.

I have a serious issue with the businesses. Not having them but what is earned from them. The perfumery for example. KKW Fragrance makes millions of dollars. I looked up how much money should be made off 10 million units sold and it's WAY more than $12,000. Also, the K-Stars given for the work that is put in is disproportionate.
So Chic London is literally called the So Chic London Challenge and 3 K-stars is all that you earn for doing 3 events (1 hour, 3 hours, and 8 hours).
I don't understand the reason for being so tight-fisted with in-game currency that's not Kash.
It takes 150 years to level up and for your trouble, you get $3,000 and 1 K-star. Chevier Paris (I believe) offers the largest K-star payout. But 7 is still too little for the amount of time and work it takes to get to them.
Not to mention there are zero ways to earn Diamonds.
It is not fair to players who don't pay that the only way to get these currencies in abundance is to pay for them. As a player who pays for K-star and Diamonds from time to time, I dislike having to pay in order to get a large amount of either at a time.
The amount of time we put into doing these businesses should garner an update of how many K-Stars are rewarded. There should be Diamond businesses so that players don't have to rely on the SYS for Diamonds or spend their hard-earned money on Diamond packs.
We are constantly being told by this game via update descriptions and the description of this game that it is a simulation of Hollywood. Really? Well, I'm pretty sure that Kim isn't rolling out of bed for a $12,000 pay-out after selling 10 million of anything.

I think the amount of Kstars you earn from some of the older of the businesses needs to be updated plus we could be adding diamonds as a currency to businesses we already have, along with achievement levels. The gym is 3 weeks of gigs just to earn only 3 Kstars and some of the achievements were never updated after I finished them. The accessories achievement needs a lot of levels because so many of the gifts are in that category so you get through the achievement a lot faster than something like shoes.
What exactly should we plan to do about everything? (Ideas are welcome from anyone!)

I think the main issue is that Glu hardly owns up to issues with updates or apologises… What’s that to avoid? Giving dolls compensation- making less money? Or people quitting because they are aware of what KKH's problems are. Or is it because they can’t be bothered….
What happened to those independent investigators? Remember when they did that in poor taste Royal quest? There was coverage about it. But I remember reading what was said. They said the quest had been removed and no one else would play it. But if you guys remember that by the time it was in the news it was already over, as it was a weekly quest. So they literally told Kim and nonplayers a lie, to make it seem like they took action when in actuality the offensive quest was over so no longer available for players to access on the game.
Part of the problem is that Kim has zero idea what's really going on. She only knows what they tell her and they're not about to tell her about the near constant glitches, players unhappiness with Diamond distribution and a myriad of other issues.
We here on the forum and Facebook are hyperaware of the issues plaguing this game but we're a small fraction of total players of this game. We have to figure out a way to get attention that is outside the scope of Glu. Because even if Kim notices our complaints I'm completely sure that Glu will tell her don't worry that she shouldn't concern herself with a few loud mouth users.
We have to force change and Glu has to feel that their income source is in danger. A revenue threat is needed, and sadly there aren't enough of us here to be an actual threat to loss revenue. But if casual users see a story or post somewhere then they'll realize that the issues they're having with loading, losing resources, glitches, and horrible customer service isn't an isolated incident but an actual game character trait, because without a majority of players we'll continue to scream into the void and nothing will change.

Besides all obvious points mentioned i still wait for 3years now that they put stuff for male dolls again. And mmmaybe give items that they give to females like coca cola,hotdogs, mice, dalmatian puppy , guitar, there are lots items that are unisex dont know why they so stubborn on doing this simple request. And obviously new stuff, lot brands hv awesome looks/items for guys so why they cant push bit of those ??? 🤷♂️🤦♂️
