What should change: Nicer NPC's, Being more positive- just cut every negative line, maybe a quest about healthy relationships to potentially help those who may miss the signs of suffering from an unhealthy relationship or even causing one. Edit: The option to send flowers or send them on an unsupervised date where your doll goes off for 20 minutes once a day. (no energy needed).
Oh my god HARD AGREE! They are so needlessly rude and demanding, clingy to boot, and some interactions aren't really nice at all! I understand this game was made almost a decade ago, but it would be nice to revamp these romantic dialogues altogether, it wasn't nice then and it isn't nice now :-(

Some smaller things I want to see fixed in the game: fix the quality of photobooth pictures....a screenshot shouldnt look better than an in app feature to take pictures.. make the voting booth full screen again, its so small on my device it really makes the voting unenjoyable a brown dye pleaseeee, and more colours that work like wine red i prefer the heart system so i think i wouldnt mind it being permanent....
- Just get rid of the tier system. The prize distribution is nice, but we don't need 7 different tiers. Everyone should be able to compete in Gold I.
- If Glu is really maintaining the 5 💎 box, the boxes should follow a pattern. 5 clothing items (4 new x 1 old), 2 tickets and 1 dye. Meet us halfway. Keep the dyes, but in a single box instead of several.
PLEASE also change the free kash videos into free diamond videos instead. Or at least replace the kash prizes from the VB, squad boxes and casino with diamonds.
If we're asking for things related to dyes, wine red needs to be an earnable dye again. Since Glu choose to add it, they need to let us actually earn it. I'm sick of seeing daily box dye colors, but how long has it been since that was an earnable during a SYS? And a proper silver dye being added. The ice blue can look vaguely silver, but once you use it on certain items, it's obvious it's a blue.
Kloset organization but let us customize it. Like give us 3-5 different sections in each category to organize our own. Also a mini SYS kloset where we can change the items for each theme and be able to rotate them in and out during a SYS event.
I'd really like to have optional positions for handhelds. Some of the handhelds make no sense in the positions they're in and they cover a lot of the beautiful details in dresses.
Stacking three tickets. When life happens we shouldn't have to lose our lead because we couldn't drop everything to put another look together.

YES!!! Like everyone is saying, a diamond business we can buy and furnish for kstars. Waikiki is just sitting there and it's gorgeous.
I also wish we could change the color value in our dyes. Like a toggle to make them softer or more vibrant.
- I think it would be AMAZING if there was a buy back/trade in program. I can’t tell you how many items I’ve gambled my k-stars on that I either don’t like, or won’t wear due to not being a POC. I would love to be able to trade in hair, clothing items, shoes, accessories - basically anything in our klosets- for k-stars or diamonds. But we should be compensated appropriately. Don’t be stingy.
- A diamond business(es) would be AMAZING.
- Updating the Pop Up shops weekly with past items we can buy for diamonds (instead of only finding them in VBs) I personally would love to know what all can be purchased with diamonds. Or, if it’s too hard to update a pop up shop - just add all of them to the kloset - even better (and I’m not referring to weekend diamond box items… I mean older clothes).
Ooh, an idea based off @JuliaJade’s pop up shop suggestion—it would be really cool if pop up shops included past SYS/TS earnables so we have a chance at them again! We wouldn’t know when or if certain items would be in the shops so people would still want to use extra tickets and win them in SYS, but this would give people a second chance (especially since tiers were introduced so some people couldn’t get higher-tier items)
Glu, can you please fix the problem with the SYS events, me and some other players can't collect our SYS rewards, the button "collect" just isn't there. This glitch isn't fixed for almost 3 weeks, after the 2nd December update. We don't have response from the customer care.
please add stuff to buy with kash. it does not need to be TS quality items, just simple little things like a cute neclace or a ring or a braclet. literally anything. i have 1.75m useless kash... and !CLOSET ORGANISATION!

First box: $5000 Second box: $500000 Third box P2P (actual money): $2 but you can choose the p2p option from the start.
This happens on a monthly basis & you can only open one box each pallet.
I would like that in this or in future updates, you can fix it, it's scoring well in sys and all of a sudden the scores drop in an inexplicable way. I've already contacted support several times and they always say this is normal and we know it isn't. so please fix it
