Can’t load game

New to forums.

I can’t load my game, the loading screen has been buffering madly for 2 days, I have 4gb of free storage, decent wifi connection and no other running apps but it won’t load.

I can’t find how to contact support because I can’t open my game to send a ticket and I’m only being shown F&Qs online.

Someone help, please!

    Customer service will probably recommend:
    • 5 GB of free storage
    • Strong wifi connection 
    • Re-starting your device 

    If you know your Hollywood ID you can email them I think, or I think Koko can reach out for you (I’m not completely sure!).

    @kokokokonut anything you can do to help?

    I’ll try emailing them (if I can find the email) as I’ve done all of this, restarted my device like 4x and everything.

    I’m so annoyed to be missing out on the xmas day sys and events : /

    I contacted them, they got in touch, then disappeared for 4 days. After that a new person emailed me and said they’d passed it onto ‘the team’, whatever that means.

    I’ve noticed that my game will load if I hotspot my data from my phone and connect my iPad to that, it eats all of your data but try that maybe?
