Missing clothing items help!

so basically i got a new phone so i had to transfer my game but when i did i realised i was missing a lot of sys items like a purple dress with tights or a neon green dress with matching boots etc. I really like those items and i really want them back someone please help if there’s anything i can do thank youuu :)

    Do you still have access to the old phone?  If so, I would go back to that, play a bit, and change some facial aspect.  (I read in K&KG that would trigger a FB save. ). I don’t really have any other advice, except you could try sending a ticket to Customer Care.   I’m sorry you lost items.  Good luck.
