Wild West Part 5 issues

Is anyone else having issues with the movie shoot? No action bubbles for a solid 30 minutes, can not complete story line.

    Me too, it’s been 30 minutes. It’s only a 3 hour gig so hopefully they can sort it out. If anyone can support or has ideas it would really help. I’ve had it happen a little similar where it took ages for the lightening bolts to show up, but more like a 30 seconds and then one would pop up.

    Same here! So worried it will loose my streaks, the event points and the reward 😭

    Same issue here, have tried exiting the game and reloading, and travelling to a different destination and coming back, still no action bubbles :/

    Nothing helps, hopefully support team will figure this out soon, it’s only 3 hour gig

    I've got the same issue. Waited several minutes, closed an re-opened the game and nothing.

    @piercewithvic I know! I am worried about that too. I have never experienced an issue like this, when this happens does Glu give compensation?

    That is so crazy, like we can’t do anything and won’t get any compensation!

    Yes, usually someone involved in the storyline calls and apologize and sometimes we get like 3 k-stars but it is like nothing. I will miss out on like 40 k- stars when I lose my progress for the achivments

    I’ve reported this to Glu, and reached out to Kalinda.  Once you start the task, all we can do is wait for help.

    ‘DO NOT START THE WILD WEST MOVIE till we hear back from Kalinda. If you want, send a ticket to Customer care, if they get a sudden rash of tickets, maybe they will check it out before the Studio opens. 
    Sorry for this inconvenience.

    It’s been reported. Now we wait for the studio to open, unless you want to send a ticket to Customer Care.  I[ve done that, reached out to Kalinda, etc. So sorry for the inconvenience. It got me too.

    Same problem here. Timer is about to go out, and still no more bubbles.

    I think they never give compensation because they know they are going to mess up again and again, so they know they should give us tons of prices. It is embarrasing how many glitches this game had the last updates

    Mine is stuck too. I don't want to send a message to Glu because I'm in the middle of a ticket. It seems like whenever I bring up a new issue in the middle of a ticket it's either unacknowledged or they only address the new issue.

    I'm stuck too! I just joined this forum for this specific reason. Wish I would have known before I started the project
