Can we get something like this every time there's someone who needs kudos or when our kudos refresh? I think it would help to have a notification because I really forget.

@StellaKKH some of us have noticed that they refill sometime overnight (probably 5am et like when all the events starts) and that the timer that counts down to 12pm et is wrong. So until they fix it, the timer is useless
Was anyone else able to see the lookbooks of certain members (playing the same gender) before the update, but not afterwards?
Now some players have a notification saying they updated their lookbook, but that I can’t view those players’ looks all of a sudden. Does this possibly mean that they might be hackers? Any input is appreciated

I heard that it's apparently intentional to keep the hackers/modders out of this game. So players can't buy from them. Someone I know had a Glu employee tell that to them directly. I don't know if this is happening to just hackers/modders, but I hope it's not affecting the rest.

That makes sense, but at the same time the majority of my squad is experiencing this problem. I doubt they are all hackers/modders 😭😭

For SYS events, it seems to be 2 different actions that are worthy for kudos. One if you reach the last earnable and then a second separate one for your TS ranking (I agree, it doesn't seem like it matters where you rank)
Also buying from look books with diamonds makes the person who bought the item worthy of receiving kudos.
Just wanted to share that I actually had a good experience with customer care today and feel as if I received appropriate compensation for once! I did send screenshots of the achievement that I lost. I was not backing down and thankfully it worked!
Got my first Kudos box and I picked a male item. I never use male dolls for duet sys so this was a bit disappointing, especially since I don’t know when or if I’ll get another anyone time soon. My game has also been pretty weird prior to and with this update. I don’t have the rapid recharge option anymore, I can barely watch the daily kstar videos, I can’t watch a video to open a second daily box and every sys we have, I don’t get the option to unlock items ever. There’s been entirely too many glitches in this game as of late.
Pretty sure these are the old SYS items in the kudos boxes: Looks like there are 3 new items added (the red jersey, black dress and cream top with jacket) and the rest of the stuff is the same as the weekly TB boxes.
