This is not a personal attack to Kalinda, because she is just a messenger and has nothing to do with the decisions made by glu. I just wanted to say that in my opinion glu has no respect for us players. First of all, I was really excited about this update because it's going to be my first Valentine's Day at KKH, but I haven't even updated the game yet because I don't see the point since the things that should come with this update (like the boxes) aren't even available yet. But what I'm really upset about is this sale that's only available to a few randomly selected people. I mean, how is that fair? We all should have this. And don't even get me started on the fact that all updates come with glitches and glu doesn't even give us any decent compensation for their mistakes.
It's also very frustrating that it doesn't seem to matter how much we point out the glitches and things that could be improved in this game and how many suggestions we give them to make the game cool for everyone, they just don't listen and don't seem to care. I just think they don't show any kind of consideration for us. We are their customers and we are the ones who make this game work, so I believe it is their duty to show us respect. Honestly, I really hope this kind of attitude changes, because the game used to be really cool and now I have no desire to continue playing a game that is totally unfair to its players and doesn't show them the slightest bit of respect.

i went through the encyclopedia to see what is going to be in the diamond boxes and compile what i would potentionally really like to get but were also getting really close to the new system and are they really gonna put that many items in the boxes? anyways here are my picks squad boxes should really get updated i only have one item left and just keep getting useless stuff

what do you mean by new system? And are the Wings supposed to be available for diamonds this update?
old sys had no bronze silver gold and there were only 2 prizes but in the new system we can get up to 5 things, these items wont be available for diamonds but they should eventually appear in the diamond boxes as throwback items but im wondering if theyll do that with the items from the new system because there is way more. hope i explained it well enough

You could try sending them a message to ask about it on Twitter if you have (theirs is @ TapjoyCS). In my experience, they've gotten back pretty quick that way and they'll have someone check in on your case

@AliBryant yeah you are totally onto something here, seems like a totally “random selection” idea to get those who haven’t spent money previously to spend money and perhaps also targeting those who have a low amount of Kstars 🤑🤑🤑
I may be wrong, but the sale seems to be connected with the valentines boxes. Free players are now spending their k-stars. They have a hard time hoarding any type of currency, it's really difficult to play with only 300-600 ⭐️ per month. So, they'll be forced to spend real money in order to open boxes, because they already spent k-stars during the sale! We always get the boxes after the update... Seems fishy to change this AND add a sale at the same time.
I got replay from support about this shady sale and they said there is nothing they can do however they will pass my feedback further to their team. Do better Glue

Wish I could agree more than once, I think this is exactly what Glu planned. I don't remember a single time in years when the boxes didnt show up immediately with the update.

Why is it with the new weekday gigs sometimes they help us travel (go now button) and other times we gotta travel to different locations ourselves? This has been happening for a long time and I’d think it’d be fixed to be consistent with all the other gigs.
