Game Stalled - No More Activities

I’m on level 25 and my game just stopped after some celebrity chef gifs. I’ve done everything that it says to do in the troubleshooting FAQ section for “Simon and Maria stop calling.” Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do?

I put in a ticket to support but they’ve ignored it for over 12 hours

i have the exact same problem, I don’t have anymore gigs opened. I also send a ticket but to no avail…

tech support has been a useless disgrace. They haven’t listened at all. I’m honestly quitting and never playing this game again

I have the same issue now. I opened the So Chic London store but have a glitch where it only offers me to work there and no option for the quests. I then got the Casino and no quest for the high rollers and now all other game quests I’ve received are done and just blank, nothing new. No option to talk to Simon or Maria and customer supports reply to this is : You need to finish all existing quests first…… I HAVE!!!!!!

I recomend to look everywhere for someone. My sister had the same problem and she found Maria in Miami with something to do.

Edit: Unfortunately I searched every house, room and venue in EVERY location and nothing. I guess I will keep asking support for help or hope the Valentine’s Day update fixes it….

I've been having the same issue for two days, now. Literally the same as all of this, minus the condescending customer support replies. I got a response in-game I haven't heard anything. Also sent an email this morning and another in-game ticket, and still nothing. I also visited every room of every venue, something like four or five times over, trying to look for Maria or Simon, or anyone with an exclamation bubble, just to be sure that I wasn't missing any quest prompts.

I'm a new player (started in late November), and I'm only at Level 30, and I'm ashamed to say that I've spent $400 on the game this month to get a good jump start. Well, I certainly won't ever be spending another dime on this game since this has to be the worst customer support known to humanity! How is it possible that they can care so little?

I’ve been having the exact same issue since 3 days now & I’ve done everything from checking up each location if there is some task left to contacting customer support but haven’t received any solution or a certain response.

@KalindaKing can you check if this is a glitch that we are experiencing?

I haven't had a call from Maria or Simon for days, no gigs to do. (Apart from weekly storylines which are 1 gig per day). So I went to Simon's office, clicked on him and he gave me 2 gigs.
Maybe this could help.

Thanks for the advice, but I have already been checking Simon AND Maria's offices, like, by the hour. And, I've been to every venue in the game many times.

I have this exact same issue! Bought all the businesses I can, checked the offices and every venue countless times. Customs support just keep sending a cooker cutter response ☹️ Hoping the update will fix it

How long does it usually take for Support to make fixes? Days? Weeks? Months? Trying to decide whether or not to cancel my VIP membership for the time being...

Same here! I opened the So Chic London store but have a glitch where it only offers me to work there and the NPC Mia Hawthorne is missing and now all other game quests I’ve received are done and I have nothing new. No option to talk to Simon or Maria and I’ve visited every place and nothing, so I’m paying a membership for a broken game and sadly not even able to get gigs at SCL for K stars/cash like everyone else. @kokokokonut probably a long shot but do you know if this fix will extend to my issue? 😢

I rejoice to say that Maria and Simon have started calling my doll again, and I have three or four different gigs available to me at the moment. Very grateful that they were able to fix these issues, and now I am as happy as a clam!
