These looks are stunning- completely unjustified scores
so I contacted support about the tickets in my DB saying āownedā and never getting tickets in any of my palettes (which I have seen other dolls post about this issue recently) and this was their response. they also closed my ticket šĀ
so I am curious,Ā
AGREE if you have gotten tickets from the DB before and still receive tickets in your palettes
LIKE if you have gotten tickets from the DB before but they now say āownedā and do not show up in any of your palettes
I've never received tickets in a DB and mine say owned. I messaged support last night, we'll see what they say but expect it'll be the same as this @morganngabrielle

Disappointed I won't be able to get to the dress. If I still had that extra ticket I lost during the glitch that made people lose diamonds and tickets, I'd use it for this.
So, the two things I wanted were indeed in the palette, I just didn't pick them. This is a little bit discouraging tbh. And I'm so sick of dyes, tons of them in every palette. I'm not buying Triple Threats for a while for this very reason, it's slightly less disappointing when you waste free diamonds at least.
I'd make more purchases if the odds were better @KalindaKing. Why not take a couple of old SYS instead of one and fill the palettes with new and old things plus tickets? I mean, I know it's made that way so people open more boxes, but all it does is just turning loyal players away.Ā
I did like when they did the guaranteed clothing items DB even though it cost 15 diamonds instead of 5. But I would happily do that to avoid dyes and tickets tbh.
If they were to add DIAMOND BUSINESSESĀ so that we could earn more diamonds, instead of only 6 a week, I wouldnāt mind if they changed the DB to 15 or whatever for only clothing. But the problem is that they donāt want to take our suggestions. If I was able to get diamonds every day through squad boxes or through the kudo boxes, especially now that they add up to 10 diamonds in the kudo boxes, i wouldnāt mind but I donāt get diamonds everyday. If they were to add at least 5 videos for 5 diamonds a day, I would love that but they donāt. Iām a free player and changing the DB to 15 diamonds seems unfair to those of us that are free players because 6 diamonds a week isnāt enough to be spending every week on items that we want. Ā Or I wouldnāt mind them changing to 15 if I could choose what I wanted from the boxes. Like with the old weekend clothing. Bc I donāt want to spend 15 diamonds for some accessories or shoes or something that I donāt like.Ā

It definitely should be fair for both free and paid players. The diamond business is actually the perfect solution.
