Giving kudos every day actually kinda made me feel connected to my squad in game. Iām really reconsidering spending money on this game. Itās just not worth it anymore. Too many disappointments. š
Trying to "fix" kudos when there are so many other broken things in the game??? I still get the 50% hair sale notification and it's been preventing my other notifs from popping up. I haven't seen my "energy is full" notif in weeks and not having that reminder is probably why I just failed a gig and have to restart my streak. Not to mention the awful voting system and the broken ticket distribution at the start of every sys. The forum has even mentioned the Facebook friends not syncing up for weeks now and that still hasn't been fixed, but when we ask why our kudos don't refill like the timer states, we have to wait EVEN LONGER for them to refill??Ā
We give constant feedback and it just seems like we're talking to a wall. We're not being heard like we're supposed to. This is so disappointing š
I'm in a squad that is busy, everyone plays sys, constantly leveling and buying and the notifications build up everyday and my way of giving kudos is that I scroll down and give everyone kudos so I make sure I don't leave anything regardless if they give back or not, but now with just getting 10 kudos a week to give is ridiculous. It's going to be weeks until someone opens a box and they might even get some ugly old ass male shorts š¤š¤ Just update the current squad, bronze and silver boxes... I'm tired of participating in events and playing just to get 1-3 dyes from them

Wasnt the initial launch going to make us eligible for kudos for getting married, buying a house etc? Is that even going to be fixed? I think itās ok to deviate from what was āoriginally plannedā and leave kudos refill everyday.Ā
Kudos box is now practically as useless as all the other boxes this game has. 10 kudos a week, 15 squad members and it takes 15 votes to reach the final box. I hope I can get even 1 kudos box every month (The box also gives me a precious chance to win male items).
It's another money-grabbing technique from Glu. You only get eligible to get kudos if you purchase something ( from buying businesses or diamond purchases from squad members), sys score level, and reaching the final earnable ( which needs extra tickets many times for me ). The only time you get kudos for just playing is when you receive a rank in sys. So this entire kudos box scheme is to get players to buy more diamonds and tickets.Ā

Sometimes I wonder if the people who work on KKH are deliberately sabotaging the game to get us to stop playing so they have an excuse to close the game down. Every update brings a ton of new glitches. This weekās story is unfinished and ridiculous. It seems like they forgot to write it and are just putting in the bare minimum to get through the week so they can sell us an outfit on Friday. No one can be this incompetent and still keep their job.Ā

Why was it planned this way? Honestly the fact that it was planned this way IS THE PROBLEM! Most squads have 15 ppl, so we can't even give the whole squad 1 kudo a week. It's BS. It never should have been designed this way. Why does Glu hate their players? Like please actually ask them why they treat their customers like trash and why they think that's a good business model.

And what if a player decides to (stupidly imo) give Glu money and make purchases? I have to choose between thanking them with a pretty worthless kudo, or giving them out to other squad mates, and either way ending up with ppl being left out.
Why is it so hard to just do the right thing by your players. I hate myself for being weak and playing this game.Ā

This game has gone to **** this past year. I started playing it again in 2020 while I was sick with Covid. This game used to be my little escape from my real world and I USED to look forward to playing every day. I used my real money to progress in the game because I was so into it. This whole past year itās been nothing but disappointing āfeaturesā and glitches every damn update. What really gets me heated is the sorry excuse of customer support glu has. They all respond the same thing almost like they just copy and paste. Before the duets feature, I was already dressing up my husband in the game. I had bought him FOUR PAIRS shoes that were in a gift box because for some odd reason, since heās a male their gift boxes were available to purchase. When the duet update happened, his shoes were locked. I messaged customer support and sent them proof (BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BELIEVE ME) and proceeded say āsorry theyre locked we canāt do anythingā . If they said they're going to "fix the glitch" with kudos then can they actually fix all the glitches with it since the timer is still wrong? I noticed my kudos refilled for the 2nd time on Wednesday (before it even hit Thursday!) so I used them up and was left with a 3.5hr countdown and once it reached 0, it just reset to 4 days. I donāt know what happened last night when I wanted to submit my look. But something popped up and I clicked on it thinking it was a message we get when we want to submit our ticket..and then nothing happened I was like what.. I clicked again and it was normal I submitted my look but I saw 20of my kstars are gone. I checked my look but I didnāt see anything new that I couldāve bought.. I was like thatās weird,checked for the new jewelry or something cheap but nothing was new. Now I went to submit my look and I just saw that somehow I got this hair color my npc has..(the npc I submit all of my looks with during duets,I always use the same one)donāt know how is this possible maybe itās a glitch or something but itās so weird. I mean I like this color a lot but just donāt know how is this possibleĀ
I did notice that during the red velvet sys, I was running out of clothes to wear. I swiped a few konnections and found an npc with a pink gown and red lace up boots. When I went to submit another look, I noticed that I could dress my own character in the npc's dress and boots, but I could only do it through the sys. Was this always possible? I was so confused.
Hi! I think yes. That happened to me before in the couple SYS. You can also dress an NPC in the clothes that were submitted before by another NPC.

But it was also mentioned that we would be eligible for Kudos if say, we buy a house ? Where is that fixed ? If you could fix one glitch, why not the other ? Let's start 'fixing glitches' on both sides ?
Also, if folks at Glu don't understand the concept of timezones, i am from India. Its almost 6:30 pm when i am writing this. SYS here starts at 2:30 am. The fact that i have only 2 tickets and i would have to stay up till late so that i dont miss a ticket, is mentally exhausting. I am not asking you to fix my timezone issue, what i am asking is to let 3 tickets stack. So that players WORLDWIDE can sleep without having the stress of missing a ticket. Thanks.Ā
