Why not update the squad boxes, throwback boxes, diamond boxes, remove opposite gender clothing from kudos boxes

Why not???? I stopped spending when Glu did not address the free video issues for paid player and honestly it was the best decision I made for my mental health... At least I am not throwing my hard earned money on a game that does not listen to customers
Imagine if you were a paid loyalty card member at a retail store and got 25% off at stuff while free walk in customers got 50%... That is the real life equivalent of the free video issue. GLU IS NEVER GONNA GET MY MONEY till they treat me equal!!!

So just to be 100% clear...there were two mistakes.Â
1) we got more kudos than planned which benefitted us. You (where you is the game makers, not Kalinda) update this to be as originally planned which benefits you.Â
2) we donât get kudos for planned things like houses and cars which benefited yâall. You update....the banner, which helps absolutely nobody, still leaving us at a disadvantage.Â
I guess itâs fine considering we all have way too many achievements to give kudos for anyway, just very clear what Glu thinks of us as players.Â

Due to a glitch when kudos was introduced, kudos refilled
every day instead of twice per week. Now it will work as originally designed and
your kudos will refill twice per week on Monday and Thursday.

It just doesnât stop! Once again something that could of helped towards our kudos boxes gets taken away. You canât make this up! Glu canât even honor what they put out and just like that poof they take back what we were told would be given to us. This company holds no accountability. They can fix âthe glitchâ to make kudos to two days a week but wonât fix âthe glitchâ of adding the ways we were told we could receive kudos so hey letâs just remove it from the banner. But wasnât it âplannedâ to have those achievements eligible? If glu can just easily take those off the banner then they can easily change the banner to say kudos refill everyday.Â

One of the dolls in my squad just bought a kstar pack. Normally every doll would have given her kudos by now for it, but because our timers have been reset for the next three days sheâs only gotten one. Idk why any of the dolls in my squad would increase their purchases if they arenât getting any kudos for itâŚ
I cannot believe that a company would intentionally make a feature that people were happy with and make it worse, it's actually pretty shocking to me. Its bad enough ignoring the legitimate queries your customers have for things that should be fixed in the game, it's another to change something that NO ONE ASKED TO CHANGE and make it worse. I find it astounding how the excuse is "it wasn't originally intended to refill so often", I've two things to say to that.Â
Firstly, some of the tasks that could make us eligible for kudos that was in the original banner that they made weren't actually things we could get kudos for, so idk where the "original intention" is supposed to be there. Weren't ye originally intending to give kudos for buying properties etc? So that excuse already makes the refill excuse completely ridiculous.

I feel like somebody has decided to use this game as a test of how far you can push customers once you have a well established game before it shuts the game down completely. It's like they want it to fail so have decided to experiment with it. There are too many things now something I'd so off about all this...

For the first 2 weeks of kudos, I got 4 kudos. I switched to a new squad (that I found from the subreddit for this game) and Iâve opened about one box a week since then. I would have recommended switching squads but it really doesnât matter anymore lol.Â
A tip that worked for the âbuggyâ version to get more kudos is to do actions on non SYS-ending days. For example, I wanted to buy a diamond item from someone else in my squad, but I knew if I did it on a Sunday night / Thursday, people would be splitting their kudos on SYS results. So I bought it on a Wednesday when people donât have many actions to give on, and sure enough, I got 6 kudos (way more than normal for me). Again, this doesnât matter anymore though...not like anyone is going to have any kudos to give out mid week anymore.Â
I think theyâre just trying to kill the game. Thereâs no way a company would do this on purpose and think it was a good idea, right? I mean itâs been a string of bad decisions for a while now. Cutting Zodiac SYS right at the end, never updating boxes but introducing new ones, not making a story line for this week, and now this? Itâs only going to get worse from here.
