    Yes… I am facing same issue regarding ticket . I have been messaging them since yesterday but there is no reply from customer service till now.

    You can’t wear a necklace with it, it’s a bummer but I think it’s bc of the shoulder strap

    @Anja That happens sometimes and it usually self corrects.  If you want you can send a ticket to customer care.  Sorry this is happening. 
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
