Sys problem

What happen if sys is not working 
like it doesn’t show ranks and you can not view your group. This been from a month now
what is glu doing to fix this problem?

    Have you sent a ticket to Customer Care? Please send a ticket, go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access settings , then tap Help & Support, then tap Customer care.  A page opens and either tape Contact Us, or if that is not there,  Describe your problem in that box till the Contact Us appears. 

    Explain the issue and send your ticket.
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!

    Ok I will try again because I did and they were saying it’s a device issue but my device work perfectly
