Iām glad the storyline outfits are coming back but I doubt that Iāll be able to get any now bc of the reduce in kstar videos. If it was hard to save up before with 20 videosā¦ imagine now with 10? Smfh. Why would they reduce the amount of videos for kstars.. if weāre watching ads?? They get paid for EVERY ad we watch. So like ???Ā

I am glad about the eyebrows being removed from the eyes, I genuinely like the eyes a lot better this way and Iām really glad that the feedback was passed on and acted on.Ā
Iām just also sad about the 20 videos, even if it doesnāt affect me I was always hoping mine would get boosted to 20. I donāt understand why they did it the opposite way and dropped everyone to 10. š
You can totally still earn stars and get storyline outfits, I mean I did it without paying real money for kstars and I never had 20 videos. Its more challenging to save up, sure, but its what a lot of us have been having to do this whole time so....

Idk if this is reality or CS not understandingā¦ but Glu might be trying to prolong the amount of time everyone receives k-stars by shortening the amount to 10??
I will make a thread soon with advice on how to earn k-stars for free with little tricks.

Totally agree! If people advocate for everyone having 20, I'm totally fine with that! But I don't appreciate comments saying things along the line of "can you imagine only 10kstars?" or "i can't afford anything with only 10 a day" when like yeah - many of us don't have to imagine, actually. You do realise how expensive each update is right? Itās 640 k stars at a minimum if you want to chase every weekend events GB, thatās if you get all the items in a row. Plus adding on 500 k stars towards VIP. Then we get two kollections that are around 800 k stars EACH to complete.
Thatās around 2740 k stars in total to get everything in one update at a minimum and thatās if youāre lucky to get easy chases on the GB. Iām terrible at maths so donāt judge if my calculations are wrong but the point is still there.
As someone whoās a player that has put a lot of money into the game I canāt even afford to chase GB that I want with the 10 k star videos, I canāt imagine the difficulty of not putting any money into the game and now getting your free k star income down by half.
This is ridiculous, itās as though the people at glu donāt even play their own game. I love this game a lot but itās prices are extremely ridiculous as it is and youāre gonna make it even harder for non paying players?Ā

It was already hard to afford in-game items and now we get a reduction in k-star videos. We can barely buy storyline outfits and neither are you giving us diamond business or videos so we can earn diamonds and instead do this.
All players will have access to 10 daily videos. If you had access to 20 daily videos, you will have access to 10 daily videos now.
Iām so sorry but this just makes me want to throw phone away and call this bullshit. How can you punish old, loyal, active players after so many changes last year (which already made many players quit) with taking away THE ONLY THING they can get as a free players?!Ā
Iām just in shock how money-oriented this company gets more and more each year and it honestly makes me sick thinking about still playing it next year. I already reduce my playing to almost nothing because as a free player I couldnāt get over half of things anyways.
Please consider how community reacts to Saving Projects each year and how much it takes to buy everything from their wishlists. I guess theyāre quite pointless for many people now.Ā

In all my time playing, I never had the option for 20 videos a day either. I agree with you, although it's probably wishful thinking. I'd rather it be fair and equal for everyone, though, if there's some underlying reason unknown to us that makes it hard for everyone to get 20 videos and 10 is the best they can do š¤·āāļø
As a free player who has also gotten 10 videos a day since I started playing, just a reminder to check your offers. I remember doing several surveys a day so I could open Halloween boxes which yes, was time consuming, but at the time to me, felt worth it. Iāve since stopped this, but still do all the other free offers through Tapjoy and have earned quite a bit.

The problem is - they want money for themselves directly from players. And itās probably collectively more money than those ad spaces. And if you buy one package youāll have less resistance to buy another oneā¦ and another oneā¦ and those diamonds. Maybe they couldnāt find a way to improve in-game purchases so theyāre deciding to reduce free stuff, change gameplay and make it enjoyable only with enough kstars/diamonds which you have to buy.
