Also to put some perspective - the biggest (and best value) k-stars package is 479,99zł in Poland. That’s equal to my: - MONTHLY grocery shopping for myself with some extras, - getting my nails done once a month and lash extensions twice a month, - fixing my tooth, - one or two orthodontist’s visits, - buying new blazer (if cheaper - probably 2) from Zara, - almost 1/4 of my rental.
Guess who’s getting any of those above instead of kstars? 🙄

I think personally I also have a problem with the fact that we only find out about this stuff until AFTER we get the update. No hate towards Kalinda because for all we know she’s been given points on what she gets to tell us- I just don’t like that we don’t at least get a warning.
Like with the increase of diamond boxes to 10 diamonds in the previous update, we only found that out when we got the first set of diamond boxes. Then once we complain we’re told it can’t be changed till the next update or the one after because rather than giving us the opportunity to give feedback before these drastic negative changes we have to deal with them for an entire month.
It feels like we’re being blinded because Glu know we aren’t going to like these changes. Who in their right mind is gonna go- oh yes less k stars what a lovely idea! I personally really like new additions to the game like when we had Squads and even the Duet SYS those were fine, but when you’re increasing the cost or reducing free currency in the game. That’s not right.
Also I would be happy when I watch my daily videos that they don't glitch, like, stop in the middle with no way to close them just to exit the game all together. And of course when you do that you get no Kstars but it's still counting as you've watched it. It's happening every day for me, so I'm getting 9 stars not 10.
It just doesn't make sense for them to not give us more videos. They get money from the ads so why not give us more ads. If there are players who don't spend money on the game then shower us ads, is a win win for both. To me this only means that they hate us and are slowly trying to kill the game so they can stop it.
Why can't they just give everyone 20 videos?!😒 As a free player i struggle with earning kstars, now I'm barely gonna make a dent especially now that I'm saving up for kimi anniversary🥴
They’re going to get less money now bc before when they had did the same thing with the DB being 15 diamonds and there was a lot of glitches happening, less and less people stopped spending on the game. Which is why they had brought the 5 diamonds for DB. But some people in my squad went from spending every week for diamonds or kstars to not spending at all now. If less and less people stop spending money on the game for kstars and diamonds, then they’ll change it again. But overall, why can’t we ALL just get 20 kstars???

For the first few months of playing I had zero kstar videos, and since then I’ve only ever had 10.
I’ve never spent any real money buying kstars and I never plan to. Not having more videos just makes me less invested in the game, not more likely to spend money.
On a more positive note, bringing old storyline outfits back is a really really nice addition, I’m very happy they’re doing it again after the positive feedback.
I also think kollections rotating every day and some staying promoted for weekly events is a very nice change.
Also very grateful to Kalinda for passing our feedback on and helping so many people individually with game issues. Customer service can be so terrible and it’s really nice to have a real person helping and getting bugs fixed, if not for her I’d probably still have 0 kstar videos in my game. 😅

There will be more storyline outfits re-released in Featured Items starting this weekend! These items will be sold separately for k-stars and they’ll match the current Show Your Style theme. This will continue for the next month.

I don't think I have ever seen a third option. The only other contour I know of is the Fashion Goal one that is attached with the eyes 🤔

All of us sharing our opinions on the kstars video issue but at the end we are just going to get ignored like all the times in the past. I'm just tired now, this game is just no fun anymore
I always had 10 kstars from watching videos so maybe now is fair for all players…not gonna lie when I found out about some players who had 20 kstars per day I was mad because it was just unfair 🥺🥺
Rigged votes, only 6 💎 per week and now this. I'm *almost* speechless. I never had 20 videos per day because I've made in-game purchases really early, but it's so unfair to take this away from other players. Is it sad that paid players and newer players never had the chance to get 20 ⭐️? Yeah. But it doesn't change the fact that you guys are ripping off the only chance that older players have to play the game. Now, it's a pay to win situation. I can't celebrate this situation saying "ah, at least now everyone is being treated equally". It's plain sad. Everyone should get the same treatment? Yes. The same treatment should be allowing ALL players to watch 20 videos per day, period.
I don't understand why this idea seems fair to anyone? Some people went from 600 K-Stars (average) per month to only 300 K-stars (average) per month (without owning any businesses) and that is if the videos even work. I understand that some people both on and outside the forum may have not been aware of how the videos work, however it doesn't mean that it should be low key celebrated. This only pushes people to either hack or completely quit because no one would spend money on a game that is in this state.

My “get more” screens are blank and there’s no option to watch a video for energy?

Facts, prices in Poland are riduculus and @LydiaKKH pointed it out perfectly. People working part time would have to choose between buying K-Stars pack or paying bills.
Saw someone say this on Facebook… wtf that is so upsetting and disgusting. So now we have to be scared of updating bc we could probably lose things we got in the previous update?? So not only is glu being money hungry but they won’t fix glitches in their game? I get that glitches happen, but when a game is THIS glitchy… it’s so wrong to want to put more prices on things in the game when we can then lose it bc of glitches in the game. And don’t even get me started on CS. Smfh.
The team is working hard to resolve the Facebook glitch as soon as possible and the fix is not tied to a monthly update.
