Can someone please explain this in more detail? I have an NPC who has the November box strawberry blonde hair color. When I submit a look with them, I don’t see the option to purchase that hair color for myself. How does this work? Tia!

I think your looks are beautiful and that purple one should have gotten all 5 stars not 3! Are you using any aura? I always find that auras get better scores! 💕

Does anyone have the same thing happen to them where they will be voting and when I’m going to receive the reward, it says to watch a video for double reward, but I only end up getting 1 reward, not double? 🤨
