Thanks @shankkh I may try but I didn’t really take any ss since I figured it was a loss. I wish the saved tickets were separated some way from the free tickets. Thanks anyway!

I didn’t have a screenshot either! I didnt think I would get my ticket back but all I did was sent the CS ticket and said it took my saved ticket. I also sent my hollywood ID along with it and when I got a response I surprisingly had my ticket back🤷🏽‍♀️. I hope they’ll give it back to you if you contact them!🤍 @Lia888

Thanks @shankkh. I just sent a ticket to see how it goes. I did find a few ss to show I started with 14 tickets and ended with 11. Hopefully it’s enough. I appreciate the suggestion. 💜
