I am having a major issue with my scores not being counted. On my last look, I got a score of 46, but it wasn’t added to my score on the leaderboard. On the leaderboard, it says my score is 413, while on the first page it correctly says my score is 453. I just submitted a new look and I’m worried it won’t be counted either. Plus, the event ends in 14 hours and I’m supposed to be #1 or #2 (depending on how the new look scores). I submitted a ticket 5 hours ago but no response. Tried restarting the game & my iPad several times.
Vote score issues usually resolve by themselves , but since the event ends tomorrow morning, I would contact customer care, and screenshot every submission result. Can you add to your ticket? Say add a screenshot? You shouldn’t start a nd ticket, but see if you can add to the one you started. If you can, you can always add that you’re nervous because the event ends in a little over 13 hours. Good luck.

@sztarina try submitting another ticket (as in another look) I think that should resolve your issue 🤍🤍 LMK if it works
Luckily I had won 3/4 of the diamond prizes last year when they first came out! So I just had the dress to go. After my second try I got it😁 Now got the full set of 4 items & loving the pieces together 😋
Not having much luck with silver boxes lately 😅 I also have never watched this movie so my all looks are just a beautiful gowns with some “magical” elements 🤭
