There’s literally no point in giving us less event points??? first it was the dating event that got ruined and now this? I swear they’re just trying to make us more miserable with these weekend events…

I KNOW I did not just get FIVE event points for this even after buying the weekly storyline outfit…… also unrelated but my # of fans has not been increasing at all….. like the news feed for when “critics react” updates but there is no # of fans at the borrow. I am #1 star so perhaps this is new?
I quiet literally “envisioned” myself opening the box I picked and seeing the hair in the tile and it happened. This is a shitty palette but I’m so glad I got what I wanted. Also PLEASE fix the hair. It’s gorgeous but glitchy 🫣

So on top of the 5 event points… my SYS points are not adding up in the style level. Is this something I should contact support about or wait and hope it eventually fixes itself?
It is just so unprofessional that literally every event doesn't work properly and we have to wait around for them to get it together and then they barely address the situation and never actually compensate us for the inconvenience. Just making it work the way it is supposed to in the first place is not enough, show us that you care about how often there are problems and how long we have to wait for it to finally work properly. It is every week lately, why not test these updates and fix all these issues BEFORE the players have to encounter them AND bring them to your attention.
Honestly, maybe if they can't handle sys events and weekend events they should just ditch the diamond currency, diamond boxes and kollections since they can't handle the additional workload it should be eliminated and the items made available for kstars. They only ever added those items as cash grabs since we barely earn diamonds and they refuse to give us any real way of earning them. Enough is enough.
