Top Shows pls help

I don't know if there is an open thread for this, I didn't find it. But can somebody explain Top Shows? Is it possible that I don't have Top Show list even after doing 93 reality shows on various locations? When does the list appear? I don't have gigs pending and I already asked the support but they didn't help at all so I hope someone from forum knows something or has the same problem or am I just missing something...
