stuck loading screen

this is the first time i’m opening the game since the wedding update and my screen has been stuck on the loading page on this exact percentage for 30 minutes. my wifi and signal is completely fine as this post has posted without complications please help. im afraid to exit this screen as the loading will just start over what do i do?

    Mine too a while, not that long but I think it loaded quicker when I went off.
    I don’t want to accidentally sabotage you tho:(

    I think this is happening to quite a few players @KalindaKing I’ve seen people not able to get into the game and I think you should pass that info back to the team
