@KalindaKing I'm sorry to tag you, but something went very wrong at the end of this sys. I was in 2nd place when I closed the app for the night and I just opened it for the day. I wasn't awarded any prizes for that sys and it was like I was never in it. The prize boxes and anything else awarded for a sys were not applied. I can always look at my squad members and see who got what place, even if it's last place, and it doesn't show me on the list, as if I wasn't in the sys. So I've now missed out on kudos from my squad too. I've just sent a ticket to customer service, but they often ask for screen shots and stuff I can't show (how am I supposed to show I was in 2nd at 5am cst). Can you please help with this? It has never happened before.
@KalindaKing Follow-up: After opening and closing the app a few times it finally awarded the prizes from this sys. Not sure if you or customer service did something, but thank you for your time!
