I also used all of my diamonds I saved for months chasing the items because I love Halloween (thanks for ruining it the second year in a row Glu) it makes me so mad… I had 88 saved & still had to buy more to get the skintone. Why did I still give them money when I can’t even play because I don’t have seasons? I’m a clown.
I hope Kalinda has an update for us soon. This is getting ridiculous. They are accusing longtime players of hacking and are not giving any Information on what they are doing to remedy the situation except that they are aware of the issue. This launch seems so half baked in order to increase revenue. Unhappy customers don't open their wallets.
@KalindaKing just an idea instead of needing to complete a previous page of rewards of seasons to unlock the next page, they should Unlock every week like weekend events. Like the first page unlocks when throwback events used to start and the second when weekend events used to start, and so on.

That and they should compensate players, the panic that must give people for getting accused I wouldn’t think an apology is enough.
This was the reply I got from CS. I messaged them for the first time on Tuesday at 11am est. They just replied with this 😂
this just shows how all they do is read two words of what we send and copy paste some default message they have but anyways besides cs, happy to see a hopeful response for those who haven't been able to see and play with seasons
Went to go check if the price is the same for us here in the USA, it still is but I wonder if they’re going to put the price up since there’s a lot of people getting it too 💀😭
@NikiFm yeah the ONLY thing you can have pending is businesses. You can't have tasks, dates, or pick up cash from so chic pending. If you keep everything clear, he calls every 3 days.
That's not true. I get the calls even with pending gigs. But I don't get kstars as rewards bc I do have unfinished storylines,I assume when I finish all that I'll be rewarded with kstars.

Add my name to the list of people who are pissed. Seasons is awful, and I’m so mad I bought the access pass before actually taking the time to look into the unfairness of it all. I rarely read this forum and didn’t realize the depth of the greediness on Glu’s part and how unbalanced this whole thing is. I’m so mad I gave them my money.
Everyone’s already touched on the most important things, but yeah, it is so unfair that free players just completely have NO access to the nice items whatsoever. Not even that they have to put in the time and grind to get the nice items — they just can’t get them whatsoever?? What a scam! And they want us to buy this all access pass every month? Are they insane?
The idea itself isn’t awful. I’ve never been the hugest fan of weekend events that are solely dedicated to one activity, so the shake-up of rotating daily challenges is great to me. I love that some of the prizes are tickets and diamonds. But everything else is awful.
The best compromise in my opinion is unlocking ALL prizes for free players (if you wanna be greedy, fine, have like two or even four clothing items/prizes be for pass-holders only. Not effing 32!!!) The access pass should give the players an initial point boost (as it currently does, 300), as well as offer a huge discount for all prize items. So by buying the pass, a prize that costs 100 would cost 50. And/or, the pass could offer a prize multiplier. So for example, instead of a prize being 10 kstars, with the pass it’ll be 20. Either way, ALL clothing items must be attainable, no matter if a player pays or not. Whereas the pass can enable them to get the prizes faster, or get more lucrative in-game currency prizes.
If these changes aren’t made by next Seasons, I will definitely be quitting, as will it seems half your player-base Glu, lol.
