The only SYS tickets that don't transfer from one SYS to the next, are the 13 or 14 Free Tickets from Glu over the course of that SYS.

Seasons Pts do not transfer from one Season to the next.

So extra tickets you get through seasons do roll over.

@GiselleG open another ticket with customer service and show them this screenshot saying that it says you own and won the items but they weren’t added to your kloset. And if they close it, open as many tickets until they give you back your items.

I started a new game on another phone and I see new skin tone from the male section that isn’t in my iOS game! Why weren’t these included in the male update @eggsandbananas @kokokokonut.

If the points won’t go into next month they could at least allow us to trade them for stars (os diamonds, since we can purchase them for diamonds).

They really need to let points either be exchanged for kstars or diamonds or they could make it something like if you buy the season pass then you could use the extra points to continue the season pass for the next month. Because having to buy a pass every month is just too much.
