Didn’t receive kstars for offer

Spent a lot of money to complete a tapjoy offer during double k-stars event. I was supposed to be rewarded 1862 k-stars. Over 12 hours later I have not received them and customer support has not responded to me. 

I would like to receive the product I paid for as soon as possible please. And for Glu to actually take on board the consistent feedback about their incompetent customer service support team as it is actively discouraging customers like myself from making purchases.

    Idk what customer support you contacted but you have to contact TapJoys customer service. Go to the offer you completed and scroll down you'll see the red bar. Sometimes they take a couple of days to respond.
