I’ve been trying to submit a look or vote for the past 19 minutes and I can’t do either. I thought it was my WiFi, but it’s not and I restarted my phone and nothing. 🤦🏻♀️
I don’t know why I keep torturing myself with this game. As soon as they implemented seasons, it’s been a shit show. From not being able to access seasons for a week, being called hackers because they broke the game and decided to blame the users, now this season is out and tbh most rewards are mid, your stretch goals don’t reward many points at all, and NOW, now we can’t even submit looks in SYS. That and we hardly get diamonds/k stars from anything but we are still asked to spend countless ones to open a box that will likely be more dye than actual rewards. This game has gone to complete shit and I don’t know where the fun of it is anymore.
Has anyone ever requested a full refund of the money they’ve spent on this game? Poor updates have made those purchases value non existent and I just want an opportunity to salvage any money wasted on this now horrid game 😩
Even if we contact customer service they take hours, sometimes days to respond so what are we supposed to do here exactly? Does anyone who work there actually check on the game?? Especially after the weekend and a new season being released, the time change and since we had an issue last Friday with the last episode counting for seasons points. Really unbelievable how they run this.
If ONE SINGLE PERSON from the suport team did the bare minimum of trying to submit a look with the sys starts they would know there's an issue, but not even that.
And not just the sys, they should spin the kollections, open boxes, make purchases, everything!
These are basics to keep a game running. Why do we always have to be the ones testing and detecting glitches??? I ain't getting paid for this 😤
I'm not even trying that hard with this if we have to wait forever to be able to do anything. It's not like I pretty much ever reach the 3 silver boxes anymore.
