    Did you go into Kollections from the sys dressing room? It seems to happen to my doll when I've opened kollections even if I submit the look

    Ok mystery solved… I was compensated for the glitches which happened in last season! CS just replied to me confirming my suspicions😊
    Wow I had a glitch where I lost a few items from seasons and they never compensated me, I emailed them like a billion times... 😩
    I messaged them right at the start of the last seasons, and it took them nearly a month to compensate me. Hopefully they get back to you soon!

    There’s no reason why these boxes should have these many dyes let alone all old dyes. Extremely annoyed 😒

    silver boxes are the only source of holographic/gold/orange dye though, i don't want to lose that

    I have plenty of those dyes since I have had collected all the items a long time ago. There’s need to a dye trade or something like that. There is no reason why someone should have over 100 dyes of the same kind and not be able to trade it for dye they actually want.

    I did soo bad this SYS with my worst scores in a long time. I submitted 3 extra tickets because im trying to save stars and wanted as many silver boxes as possible. Ended 12th in gold but I’m super happy with my pick
