If I buy an extra ticket to SYS, does the countdown reset? Bc I'm supposed to get a new one in 4.5 hours, I don't want to buy one now and have the other one reset because then I'll miss my chance. The runnerup behind me is scaring me

@PrincessCDette for realz! Same here i was all excited for this weekend to get here & it got all messed up kuz of this glitch! What about the ones that didnt even get a chance to open a diamond box? Like mee lol...was hoping theyd get it figured out before this weekend was over so id get my chance! Especially kuz ive got like NO Winter stuff! Yess i shoulda took my chance on Thursday when the box 1st came out but i mostly never open on the first day just kuz i always do horrible & end up wasting my diamonds picking dye. I mostly open on Friday or sometimes Saturday if i can be patient enough lol i always seem to pick better when i wait for a bit...but now im regretting it since the 💎 boxes just disappered!! Who woulda thought this would happen tho?! They need someone playing this game & at least someone at work on the weekends to work thru stuff like this we shouldnt have to wait the whole weekend for them to "FIGURE" it out by then itll be to late for thoses that missed out very disappointing we better get something good for this mistake or better yet they would just let us get it for free😔
Seriouslyyyy how hard is it to bring the box back????? I hope they at least prolong it so we can still open some boxes even after they wouldve been gone idk 😭
